Last week, AB-1623 Military Retiree Tax Exemption Bill passed the Revenue and Taxation committee and has moved to the Appropriations Committee. AB1623 (ASM Ramos) excludes from state income tax the military retiree pay earned after the age of 60. For more information on AB1623 click on the link. To track the bill, click the link.
