The Sergeants Major Association of California will hold their annual meeting at Joint Forces Training Base, Los Alamitos on 13 July 2024. There will be a social gathering on the evening of 12 July featuring a guided tour of the 40th Infantry Division Historical displays at the Division Headquarters in conjunction with a social gathering of light snacks and no host bar. Following the business meeting on 13 July, we will have a patriotic themed BBQ, silent auction, and donated raffle hosted at President Scott Witt’s DVQ across the street from the Division’s HQ. During the day on the 12th there is a planned Horse Meditation activity for the spouses or significant others. On Sunday the 14th, there will be a Golf Tournament in support of the Chaplain’s Fund.
Attached are the registration forms and instructions for the meeting (to include the Friday social, breakfast, lunch, and BBQ); information and registration for the Horse Meditation; Patriotic Quilt raffle tickets to support the Association’s Chaplain’s Fund, and information and registration form for the Sunday morning Golf Tournament.
