One of our priority bills, AB 46 (Ramos) is currently stuck in the Senate Appropriations committee, and we are launching a campaign targeted at the Governor’s office to ask him to work with Asm. Ramos to move the bill out of the committee.
AB 46 aims to exclude retirement pay and annuity payments from income taxation for veterans and their spouses. AB 46 will help ensure that these individuals receive the financial support they deserve.
