Our National Team and Nevada Host State Team have been in active coordination with local law enforcement, military authorities, and GSR leadership since the incident occurred. While the suspect is now in custody and there is no ongoing threat, we are taking all necessary steps to reassess and reinforce our security posture.
As Nevada State President and Host State Chair JD Escobar stated, our teams—alongside the Provost Marshal and senior leadership—are working closely with the venue to ensure the continued safety of our attendees.
