As the world faces unprecedented fear and uncertainty, the mental health community understands that we are stronger together. PsychHub has teamed up with the nation’s most credible mental health organizations to collaborate on a free resource hub to help people address their mental health needs during the pandemic. The National Guard has partnered with PsychHub to provide Mental Health Resources to National Guardsmen who may not have the access to resources they need.  PsychHub provides a confidential resource to anyone seeking assistance during the pandemic.  Many people are feeling anxious, depressed, or isolated, but social distancing doesn’t mean you’re alone. If you need immediate help, you can call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-8255 any time to be connected to free and confidential support and crisis resources.
