As we come to the close of another remarkable year, I want to take this opportunity to thank each of you for your dedication and support of CAL EANGUS. Together, we have accomplished incredible milestones in 2024, and itโs your unwavering commitment that makes our success possible.
This year, we stood strong in advocacy, including our support of AB 46 and sponsorship of AB 53, both of which aim to enhance the lives of our service members and their families. These legislative efforts reflect our mission to ensure Californiaโs National Guard and veteran communities receive the recognition and support they deserve.
We are also thrilled to celebrate a year of growth and impact:

Membership Growth: We welcomed over 400 new members to the CAL EANGUS family, strengthening our collective voice and reach.

Scholarship Awards: This year, we awarded $23,000 in scholarships to CAL EANGUS members and their dependents, investing in the futures of those who serve and their loved ones.

Community Support: CAL EANGUS provided over $80,000 in support to CAL GUARD units and CMD Family Programs, ensuring that our service members and their families receive essential resources and care.

National Leadership: We proudly celebrate the election of two CAL EANGUS members to the EANGUS National Office, further amplifying Californiaโs influence and representation on the national stage.
These accomplishments are a testament to the strength of our community and the shared commitment to our mission.
