As a part of the mission to advocate for enlisted service members on Capitol Hill, Enlisted Association of the National Guard of the United States (EANGUS) joined The Military Coalition as a supporting member.

The Military Coalition is a collective of dozens of organizations that support a strong national defense across all branches. Through joint efforts, The Military Coalition aims to recruit and retain talented personnel, represent the interests of the entire uniformed services community, and educate the public on the needs of the nation’s service members.

These tenets align with the mission of EANGUS, and President Josh Baker looks forward to amplifying the enlisted voice on Capitol Hill.

“EANGUS has a long history of advocacy on behalf of the enlisted men and women of the National Guard, and our return to The Military Coalition reaffirms that commitment,” Baker said.

“We are excited to once again stand alongside our peers, adding our voice to a unified front representing over 5.5 million members of the military community. This renewed partnership will amplify our impact in Washington and strengthen the relationships that help turn legislation into lasting change. I’m energized by what lies ahead and confident that, together with TMC, we will continue to fight for the benefits our Guardsmen have earned.”
