The Enlisted Association of the National Guard of the United States (EANGUS) is proud to officially announce the 55th EANGUS & Auxiliary Annual Conference & Expo, taking place 31 July – 3 August 2026 in beautiful Daytona Beach, Florida at the Ocean Center.
Each year, the EANGUS National Conference serves as the premier gathering of enlisted National Guard members, retirees, families, and industry partners from across all 54 states and territories. This year’s event promises to deliver a powerful combination of professional development, legislative engagement, organizational business, and meaningful connection across our force.

The annual conference is where the business of EANGUS happens. Delegates from across the nation come together to shape the future of the Association, discuss and vote on resolutions, and engage directly with senior military leaders and policymakers. In recognition of the Florida summer climate, this year’s conference will emphasize professional yet comfortable business-casual attire during daytime sessions. Attendees are encouraged to participate in themed days, including:

- EANGUS/Component Pride Day
Evening events will remain relaxed, while the closing dinner will feature an updated “Island Formal” attire—blending professionalism with the coastal setting for a memorable beachside experience.
